Sometime last year, I thought about what would make a day impactful for me. And my response boiled down to three things — Read, write and workout. And I decided that any day I get to do two out of three, will be considered a good day and any day that I am able to get to all three, that is just a big bonus! This really helped me overcome the thought that I had not achieved much in a day or even had an impactful day.
