One of our brain’s important functions is to think but let’s be honest — when was the last time you actually took time to think?

I can bet thinking is not on your calendar or your To Do List. Is it?

Our world is full of distractions so taking time out to really think is something we find very hard to do. With our gadgets at an arm reach, any idle moment usually goes to twiddling our thumbs over a screen with blue light. Our busy life has become busier with the coming of smartphones, social media and online streaming.

You might believe that people who think on their feet are smart but on the contrary, smart people take their time to think. Warren Buffet spends 80% of his time thinking. Bill Gates is famously known to take 2 weeks in a year to just read and think.
